WHAT YOU’LL DO:
COMPANY is growing by leaps and bounds. The Lead Recruiter will be at the center of the action, leading the charge on all recruitment activities. You’ll manage a team of coordinators and sourcers to deliver a steady stream of best-and-brightest candidates to COMPANY.
Responsibilities include:
Ø Management of a high volume, full-life cycle recruitment organization for the Asia region
Ø Carefully craft and reinforce the recruitment brand at every touch point, raising awareness of and interest in COMPANY Asia in the jobs marketplace
Ø Partner with hiring teams to set expectations and drive results on their openings, providing impeccable customer service
Ø Develop and deliver regular reporting on results and efficiencies
Ø Train and mentor team members and other stakeholders to deliver timely, quality recruiting results in an efficient, professional manner
Ø Strategize and coordinate sourcing activities including job posting, advertising, search firms, employee referral programs and recruitment & branding events
Ø Manage and drive the engagement and management of recruitment agencies and supporting media, to build up COMPANY’s employer branding across the Asia region
Ø Continually research and study best practice solutions for candidate recruitment and to effectively communicate across internal teams.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
Ø Experience in a high-volume, technology startup environment
Ø A candidate advocate; someone who believes treating *every* jobseeker well is the only way to play the game
Ø Well-rounded recruiting expertise, with an emphasis on the technical front
Ø Proven ability to craft an aggressive recruiting plan and deliver big results
Ø A proactive mindset, a mastery of a million details and ability to prioritize and multi-task effectively
Ø Strong customer service ethic and professional sophistication/finesse, allowing you to to work well with multiple audiences
Ø An impressive academic background and history of engagement and success
